A heart support group in the Clay Cross area in North East Derbyshire. This group has been running for over 20 years and provides support for those that have suffered cardiac events whilst providing them with the confidence to improve their physical activity levels. The group meet three times per week at the following times.
All sessions are based at Clay Cross Active, Market Street, Clay Cross, Chesterfield, S45 9LX.
Monday: 5.45pm-6.30pm
Wednesday: 11.30am-12.15pm
Friday: 1.30pm-2.30pm
