A heart support group in the Clay Cross area in North East Derbyshire. This group has been running for over 20 years and provides support for those that have suffered cardiac events whilst providing them with the confidence to improve their physical activity levels. The group meet three times per week at the following times
Monday 5.45pm-6.30pm at Coney Green Business Centre, Clay Cross
Wednesday 11.30am-12.15pm at Bret Club, Clay Cross (adjacent to Sharley Park LC)
Friday 1.30pm-2.15pm at Bret Club, Clay Cross (adjacent to Sharley Park LC)
