Mini Rugby – U5 (Little Ruggers) fun activity Sunday mornings from 9:45 am learning new skills & encouraging interaction with others
U6 – U12 playing on Sunday mornings & offering differing forms of Rugby starting with tag rugby and progressing to contact @ U9. Played according to a number of carefully graduated sets of rules that will lead a child, year by year, into full 15-a-side rugby.
Touch Rugby – as the name suggests, tackles are made with a simple touch and is a minimal contact version of rugby men, women, boys and girls of all ages can play on the same pitch as equals – we play Spring through to Autumn
