The Derby City Falls Prevention Collaboration Space aims to provide an opportunity to highlight the work that is taking place across the City. The hope is to give people from a range of different areas (community, clinical, care settings) the opportunity to come together, share information and learn from each other.

Get involved

On Thursday 25^th January we will be hosting on online space where you can learn more about some of the work taking place to reduce the risk of falling in older people within Derby City.

This space will be hosted online from 12noon – 1pm and will include presentations from:

Warmer Derby and Derbyshire – Information for professionals about energy advice and warmth support available for residents in Derby and Derbyshire

Derby City Council Localities Service – Locality working and Local Area Coordination

After each of these presentations there will be an opportunity to ask questions and hear about how you can be involved in this space moving forwards.
