“Wellbeing Walk walk every Wednesday at 10.30am at this popular country park. Meet on the path by the lake approximately fifty metres to the left of the Visitors Centre/Meeting Room.
Route varies from week to week around the park, usually no longer than 2 miles with shorter options to suit all abilities. Walk leaders will vary the route to suit walkers’ abilities.
