“Welcome to our hiking community, a safe, supportive space for women to enjoy the outdoors together.
Our walks and hikes are beginner friendly, relaxed, and all about good vibes, fresh air, and connection. There is no pressure, no pace shaming, and absolutely no expectation to keep up — we move together and enjoy the journey
As our group continues to grow (which we LOVE ), we may need to limit numbers on some walks for safety reasons. we will let you know the monday if we have to cap numbers that week. We know this isn’t ideal, but for now it’s the safest way to make sure everyone has a positive experience including respecting parking, trail space, and group management. Once we’ve figured out handling larger groups and more accessible locations, we hope caps won’t be needed.
Parking is likely to be the main challenge as our group grows. Please be mindful that parking availability is completely out of our control, especially in popular areas. If parking becomes full, unfortunately, there may be nothing we can do on the day. When walks are uncapped, we ask everyone to be considerate and make use of lift sharing where possible. This helps keep things running smoothly and ensures we don’t cause issues for local communities, other walkers, or each other.
Our Walk Schedule
Every other week: Local walks around the Nottingham & Derby areas, usually around 6km. We will try our absolute hardest not to cap these and keep them open to everyone.
Other weekends: Walks in The Peak District, typically around 15km, though we’ll also throw in some shorter options so more people can join.
This is an 18+ group
Zero tolerance for bullying, negativity, or unkind behaviour — this will result in immediate removal
