Community Insight Framework Session

You might be aware of work that has been ongoing to develop an approach to people and community engagement that feels different, is genuinely based on what matters to people and communities and can be built into decision making on a continuous basis across all of the Places in Derby and Derbyshire.  So far, with thanks to the involvement of lots of different people, we have developed 5 phases of community insight that we believe will really help to get us where we want to be. These are:

1. Nurturing relationships with the community 2. Enabling social action 3. Generating insight 4. Sharing insight 5. Acting on insight

We are now at the next exciting stage which is to co-design an improvement and development tool that will support great practice across the 5 phases. Over the last 6 weeks or so we have been talking to people across the system, including people and communities, to gather as much feedback as possible across a diverse range of partners (thanks to all those who have provided input so far!). This has helped us, build on existing work, find out how people are getting on, get an idea of what good looks like and learn more about what support and development is needed to get there.

We would now like to invite you to join us on 08 June 2023 from 10am to 11.30am to take a look at what we have come up with so far and to provide further input and ideas to inform the next stage of development. We are keen to make sure the tool is informed by a wide range of perspectives and so hope to see as many of you there as possible.
